    I.Overview of WTH-B804 aspirating smoke detector:                         

    WTH-B804® is a B series industrial grade very early fire detector developed by Waterhua Company after the Arctic Fox series of low temperature cold storage®. It is mainly used in non-cold storage industry. WTH-B804 aspirated smoke detector is an industrial grade very early fire detector specially designed for high value environment and area, and its protection level reaches IP66.
    Industrial design, high performanceCPU, EMC three protection, surge protection, pulse burst, static electricity, network port, 485 serial port, power supply isolation, built-in watchdog, stable operation without downtime.

    Aftercomparing different technologies in the development stage, the Waterward series of very early smoke warning systems uses high-powerredLEDsas the detection light source. Its characteristics not only can meet the basic requirements of high brightness, long service life and the like for detecting light sources, but also are more sensitive to smoke particles with smaller size, so it can effectively detect smoke particles of all size.
    WTH-B804is a smoke detection system based onLEDscattering detection principle and microprocessor control technology. The working principle of the system is to collect air samples through a sampling pipe network distributed in the protected area, filter out dust through a specialfilterdevice and send them to a specialLEDdetection cavity for analysis, and measure the smoke particles produced by combustion in the air, thus giving accurate smoke concentration values, and issuing multi-level fire alarms according to the smoke alarm threshold set in advance by the system.
    WTH-B804 protection level IP66, for the pipeline style, detection alarm type, high sensitivity inhalation smoke detector, the detector standard sound alarm module, networking card, LCD display module. The WTH-B804 very early air sampling smoke detector consists of two parts: the main unit and the display panel. The main engine housing contains all the key components of the detector, and the installation position of wearing parts such as fans and detection chambers is far away from the routine maintenance area, so that they can be protected from damage during installation and maintenance.
    Waterward's early warning system sends out early warning signals several hours in advance: most fires are not explosive, and the period from hidden danger to smoldering is5-60 minutes. From smoldering to open fire is 5-80 minutes, and once the loss of open fire is difficult to estimate. Take the fire caused by unextinguished cigarette butts as an example: 0:00 is the starting time of smoldering, and open fire occurs after 20 minutes. As time goes on, the loss increases gradually, the loss in the first 20 minutes is not obvious, but the fire loss increases in multiples after the open fire occurs.
    The front panel of WTH-B804 aspirating smoke detector includes: an LCD display module;6 LED indicators: warning, action alarm, fire alarm 1, fire alarm 2, fault, power;7 buttons.
    In order to adapt to the laboratory, library, museum, conference room and other special silent requirements of the scene,B804 suction pump adopts a special silent efficient suction pump, the pump features:low interference,low noise, smooth operation,long life, low maintenance cost.
    System construction is simple and flexible:PCB main control board communication line/power line adoptsspring terminaltechnology (safe, reliable and efficient), spring terminal advantages are as follows:
    Fast connection speed: spring-type terminal connection speed is faster, only need to insert the wire into the terminal; and screw-type terminal need to use a screwdriver to tighten the screws one by one, the connection speed is slower;
    Strong connection:The spring structure of the spring-loaded terminal can provide greater pressure, so that the wire can be more tightly fixed in the terminal, and the connection is stronger, while the tightening force of the screw-type terminal depends on the torque of the screw.
    Fastsetup and maintenance via LCD display module or Bluetooth mobile APP; monitoring software EFDS 2.0 also monitors and records detector status, alarms and fault events marked with time and date.

    Performance test:According to the requirements ofGB15631-2008 for special fire detectors,special test equipment is used to strictly test the sensitivity, alarm speed, detection range, three-proof spraying resistivity, shielding interference performance, LED detection light source parameters, photosensitive sensor and amplification circuit parameters, fan speed, etc. of the detection sensor;

    Electromagnetic compatibility and electrical safety test:EMC (EMI, EMS) test, transient pulse test, conduction immunity test, insulation resistance test, leakage current test, lightning surge test and pulse burst test;
    High and low temperature aging test:-40℃ to 70℃ high and low temperature test and full load aging test to ensure product quality.
    Air flow test:adopt customized flowmeter to calibrate and test the air flow collection of equipment;
    Other reliability tests:shock impact test, enclosure dust and water resistance test, power reverse connection protection test, port plug test.
